When will production of Nuvo products cease?
Production of Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products is ceased as of 2021.
What will happen to the warranty for items that I bought or installed before this announcement?
Warranty coverage has expired for all Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products.
Will I still be able to get technical assistance for current and past Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products?
We are no longer offering technical assistance for Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products.
Sound Advice in New Zealand (NUVO Whole Home Audio Solutions) will continue to sell and provide support for the Nuvo and the Nuvo Player range in New Zealand.
Are there plans to continue supporting the services, apps and existing third-party integrations that are part of the Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio Player system?
The last version upgrade and bug fix was made in March 2026. Music services integrations and third-party integrations will no longer be updated and may affect performance as those apps are updated.
Will production of Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products be reinstated in the future?
There are no plans to reinstate production of Nuvo & On-Q Digital Audio products.
What if I need to download the app for my existing products?
The Nuvo App will be available via download below on Legrand.us for Android devices.
