Is the TM1110 compatible with Cat 6 cable? I don't see the cable type listed anywhere in the supporting documentation. Thanks
The punchdowns will accept either Cat5E or Cat6. Being telephony, the cable type is not mission critical like it would be on a data punchdown.

Can you use this model for CAT5e internet distribution?
No, this device is for Analog Phone service.
You would need an AC1014 to terminate your wiring for ethernet.
Then use ethernet patch cables to connect your AC1014's RJ-45 ports to whatever ethernet switch or router you are using.
