Are these only used for on-grade slab or can they be used for upper-level floors?

Hello, The Ratchet-Pro series floor boxes, RPNFB and RPSFB-OG, are suitable for installation in on-grade or above-grade concrete slabs, while the RPSFB can only be used for above-grade slab installation. The covers, including the RP4FFCTC15, require a floor covering such as tile or carpet. Thank you,
