The black Outdoor Ground Box low voltage cover assembly is designed to accept up to 12 communication ports and 8 Legrand AVIP devices. NOTE: Cover must be closed while in use. Use only cables that are rated for outdoor use.NOTE: Maximum length of connector allowed at end of cable is 2'' (51mm).

Unfortunately, no. The XB814 power covers are prewired with the NEMA receptacles listed on the cutsheet linked below. The XB814CLVBK is for low voltage only. The outdoor ground boxes are listed for use in the US and Canada.
