stamped RV use only and no EV identification on it but sold as RV and EV. Is this rated 30amps continuous load?
Thank you for your inquiry. Yes, the 3830WR meets NEC requirements of carrying 100% rated current (30 amps) for a max of 3 hours, and 80% (24 amps) indefinitely, but due to new UL and NEC requirements, it is not currently Listed for EV use.
We recommend the part number 3894WREV for EV applications.
