Yes, the P&S Legrand 15A receptacles are designed with a 20A feed through capability.
They can be installed on a 20A branch-circuit so long as they are not the only device on that circuit.

installed a 3232tr-bkcc14 outlet, have power to the unit, and leaving the unit, power on the lug, but, will not energize any devices.
