Legrand Announces Ratish Namboothiry as VP, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for North & Central America 



WEST HARTFORD, CT (March 1, 2024)  Legrand®, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructures, announces Ratish Namboothiry as VP, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for North and Central America. Ratish will drive the Sustainability and CSR efforts of Legrand, North & Central America (LNCA), which will include executive leadership and delivery of current CSR road map commitments and the rollout of the next global CSR Roadmap in 2025. Reporting to LNCA President and CEO Brian DiBella, Ratish has joined the Executive Committee and is also the executive sponsor of LNCA’s Better Communities, a volunteer and philanthropy program focused on improving the lives of those in the communities where Legrand operates in North America.

Ratish previously spent 18 years at Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI where he held various business roles involved with project management, new product development, innovation, and sustainability. Most recently, as the Director of Innovation for Good and Sustainability, he led two multidisciplinary teams where he was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the start-up business Innovation for Good, an internal incubator that fosters creativity and helps commercialize innovations with a social purpose. He also led the enterprise environmental sustainability strategy and Center of Excellence to help the company align its business operations with its environmental commitments.
