Our Vision

We proudly support veterans, active-duty, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, family members, and allies. We recognize the valuable leadership, dedication, resilience, and teamwork developed through military service and are committed to creating an environment where those experiences are celebrated and leveraged for success. 

Our VETS Employee Resource Group (ERG) champions opportunities for transitioning service members, veterans, military spouses, and their families by fostering connection, professional growth, mentorship, and community engagement. Together, we honor service, support one another, and strengthen our organization through the unique perspectives, skills, and experiences our military-connected employees bring to the workplace every day. 

Our Mission

We are committed to engaging and empowering Legrand’s military-connected community by understanding and advocating for the unique needs of veterans, active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, and their families throughout their employee journey.  

Through the continued growth and success of our VETS ERG, we create opportunities for connection, professional development, mentorship, and meaningful engagement that foster a sense of belonging and support. We also build and strengthen impactful partnerships with military and veteran organizations to advance recruitment, career development, community outreach, and service initiatives that benefit both our employees and the communities we serve.
