Poor design
I just bought 2 15 packs of these for a network I’m building at a restaurant. These inserts are horrible! After punching down the contacts are not making contact with the wire. EVERY SINGLE ONE from both bags are doing the same thing. This has caused me a lot of extra time on the jobsite with a very critical timeline.

Packaging Wiring Diagram Incorrect
Purchased two (2) WP 3475 Quick Connect Cat5e Inserts. Wired both according to the diagram on the back of the packaging for straight through connection. Both tested out as 4 wires crossed over and two wires reversed and two wires straight through. Contacted Tech Support, was informed that the wiring diagram on the package was incorrect. The tech was kind enough to send me a PDF of the correct wiring diagram for straight through wiring.
