Does this floor box come with a standard cover or is it purchased separately?
Asked by: Thomas
Hello. The cover will need to be purchased separately. For circular activation RFBA boxes, the covers come from the 6" Evolution poke-thru series, for example the 6CTC2** (various finishes available). Thanks!

Hello, in the 4-gang floor box (RFBA4C30OG), how many CAT6 data receptacles can we put on one gang?
Asked by: Saad
Hi,
If you use the RFBA6A plate it would accept 4 jacks. If you use the RFBADEC plate it would be dependent on the decora mounting strap/frame that was used to mount the jacks.
Thanks,

covers for a finished concrete floor use flush or surface?
Asked by: Wanda W.
Hi Wanda,
Disregard the other answer on this. For a polished concrete floor you need to use the 6CT-CTR with a flush cover. 6CT2XX. Replace the XX with black (BK), gray (GY), bronze (BZ), brushed aluminum
(AA), satin brass plated (SB), or satin nickel plated (SN).
Thanks,
