The office space has 11'6" drop ceiling tile height. Concrete height is 16'. What size Tele pole should I purchase? How and where does it secure for stability?

Based on the dimensions provided, the 30TC-212WH Tele-Pole would be suitable for your installation. The pole has an overall height of 12' 5", which provides sufficient length for your 11' 6" drop ceiling height.
For stability, each Tele-Pole includes a T-bar mounting bracket that secures the pole to the grid framework of the suspended ceiling. The pole is supported at the drop ceiling level by this bracket, while extending above the ceiling space.
With a drop ceiling height of 11' 6" and a concrete deck height of 16', the 30TC-212WH should provide the necessary coverage for your application.

What is the largest vertical pole you have?

The largest pole based on LxW is our Vista series, which is available in aluminum finish. The largest in terms of height is the 25DTC/DTP series which goes to 15' standard height, but offers 5' extensions. An additional (2) extenders can be added for a total height of 25'.
