I would like to cover cords of interior holiday lights. After this is installed and painted, can you pull the cord out to store the holiday lights, then put the cord back in the next year? Or will that compromise the glue or paint on the cover?

Asked by: Anonymous
Hello, Since the cover on the straight sections has a latching cover, the cover can be opened and the cords can be removed as necessary. Over time the adhesive could become less tacky. To prevent this from happening, fasten #8 flat head screws through the base and into the wall. Wall anchors should be used If the screws do not go directly into wall studs.
