For AL3300, in the table, #6AWG is the maximum size with maximum of 34 wires. Per NEC 40% fill, it looks like I can use 4#250kCMIL+GRD in this raceway and still meet the code. Is this acceptable?
The AL3300 is UL Listed for use with conductors up to a maximum size of 6 AWG.

I plan using one AL2400 raceway to a heavy duty fused disconnect switch w/ 3#6+GRD entering the top of disconnect switch and 3#6+GRD exiting from the top in the same raceway, why is the end fitting only comes with 1/2"K.O when the max allowed is 13#6?
The AL2400 Series does not offer an entrance box option. The feed fitting includes a 1/2" knockout, which allows for the necessary clearance inside the raceway for the proper installation of a locknut fitting.
