Is there an end cap available to cover an exposed end?

Hello, Unfortunately, we do not offer an end cap for the C110 as the intended use is for the end to remain open for cord pass-through. Thank you,

What is the best solution, please, when the adhesive backing of the pieces that hold the cord no longer sticks to the wall?

Asked by: DBinSJ
Hello, The adhesive can be replaced with a multi-surface double-sided tape. However, all adhesive has a shelf life and mechanical fasteners are recommended for a permanent installation. Thank you,

Are these products available in a brown color? Also, are they rated for outdoor use?

Asked by: Matt
Hi Matt, The C110 is available in white through retail purchase or ivory through the commercial distribution. These products are for interior dry locations only, not suitable for outdoor use. Unfortunately there are no raceways/cord covers available for outdoors.

Do you offer items C16, C17, C18 and C19 separately? I especially need a C18 elbow to reinstall a Cordmate after replacing an electric cord.

Asked by: Anonymous
Cordmate part numbers C16, C17, C18 and C19 can be purchased separately. Those are the actual numbers you need to use to order them. They are sold through the same vendors and stores that the Cordmate kit is sold by.

C110 work? Single cable ( USB A to mini-B 5pin 28/28AWG)  run down side of 7' window & across bottom window frame to recharge unreachable motor shade battery.  Indoors but will get sun/cold exposure.   Can C110 be screwed to wood?

Asked by: SueV27
Yes, the C110 can be used for a single cord or cable in an indoor dry location. The channel is only 1/2" wide, but wood screws can be used to fasten the channel to the frame. Thank you

What is the best way to open the raceway after it’s been installed to replace cable on the C110 size?

Asked by: Jon916
Hello, The best suggestion is to use a small flat head screw driver at the end of the section to pry the cover open. Once you get the end unlatched you can begin to pull the cable out down the length of the track which should release the cover. Otherwise you may need to run the screw driver down the length of the track. You should be able to twist the screw driver once you get it crease where the cover meets the base, if not then you may need a second screw driver or something behind to help with leverage. Once you get it started at one end the rest will release
