Rated 2 out of 5 by Mountainman from Ok First of all, the product doesn’t mention it’s turned on/off by ambient light levels. Since you’re installing it typically during the day, your first thought is that it’s defective because it’s not turning on. Caused some frustration and extra research. Secondly, I miss the old version that installed under the light switch for an even more space saving design, this mismatches my magnesium finish and is more old school than the discontinued version. Lastly, it flickers on the highest setting. For a $30 nightlight, not impressed!

Wish I could pair it with a single 110V outlet but that is not the fault of this unit. If I had to design the room again, I might have paired it with a 1/2 height light vanity switch or room switch however my room is sensor driven
