What’s the minimum depth required to install the box? Also, is it possible to replace the 120 Volt Receptacle with a 220 volt?

Please sell just the cover, and please include the specifications including the screw hole measurements.

Do they make an oversized cover that will fit this box ? The flooring company did not install correctly and cut around the box and now it does not sit properly and we need a larger plate to try and hide their mistake .
