Can this outlet be connected to a wired wall switch to control a lamp, for example? Can the USB charging ports remain on when the switch is off?

Thank you for your inquiry. If power is removed from the outlet, the USB ports will no longer function until power is restored at the switch.

Do I get 6 amp of charging power when only 1 device is plug in or 3 amp for each port and the max output is 15 watt for each port regardless how many devices are plug in.

will the Radiant line receptacles fit into the same plates as the Adorne line?

Hello Dmken, The radiant collection switches & wall plates are not compatible with the adorne line collection. Example: radiant Switch, dimmer or receptacle cannot be installed into an adorne wall plate and vice versa. Best Regards, Technical Support

How do I obtain the required subplate for my Radiant USB outlet so it attaches to a screw-less face plate?

You should be able to locate at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Depending on where you live you may have to order online and can have delivered to your home or to a store for pickup.
