Rated 1 out of 5 by from unusable Worst design I've ever seen. Screws won't budge without jamming grips or tearing up plastic housing. I'm using this in a residential application but my 'paid' job is working with wiring and electronics. I've wired a lot of things but never seen anything this bad.

I have a female extension cord replacement ( pass semour ) . How do you secure the ground ? There is no screw to tighten .
