Is graphite available as a color?

The black finish would be the closest color option for this device. Graphite is not an option for this device. I hope this helps!

Will these fit on the SMART TRU-UNIVERSAL WiFI DIMMERS?

The inter-changeable facekits for the multi-location dimmers will not work with the Smart Lighting dimmers. The Smart Light dimmers are available in White, Light Almond, and Nickel only.

Work for LED lights?

The HMRTC is designed to be paired with a master dimmer for a multi-location application. The master dimmer would need to be rated for LED's(ex HCL453PMMTC): https://www.legrand.us/search.aspx?q=hcl453pmmtc
