I have the Nuvo NV-18DM and 18DX series and need the power cord to sell them. Where can I find power cords for them?

The power cords have standard connectors. You need an IEC C17 to NEMA 1-15P cable.

Will the NV-18GCP Display keypad work with the Concerto system?

The NVI8GCP is compatible with NVI8GM Grand Concerto Systems and NVE6GM Essentia systems. For Essentia compatibility, the system must be on firmware version 2.66.

I have multiple NV-CTP36 controllers that upon boot show 3 lines on the screen. 1st: NV-CTP36, 2nd: Firmware V 1.17, 3rd: Screens v 1 Have tried resetting controller by pressing the reset button & Volume up & its stuck on that screen. NV-I8GCP works fine

As with any NUVONet device, take the NVCTP36 and plug it directly into the NUVONet port on the back of the Grand Concerto. See if the unit boots properly. Our thought is that the CTP36 somehow has a duplicated Zone Address to one of the other keypads. Booting it alone will allow you to verify that the CTP is assigned to the correct zone number. The reset process is not hold reset and volume up. It's press reset, let go, then immediately after hold volume up. We're not sure if that makes a difference, but it's worth trying.

One of my wall controllers stopped working.  It powers up but I can’t select Menu or any other function.  Suggestions?

Take the keypad off the wall and connect it directly to the amplifier's NuvoNet/Network port. If they keypad still doesn't work it's a faulty keypad. NUVO is no longer manufacturing new parts effective 10/13/2021. See http://legrand.us/nuvo/update for more information.

Net Error showing on all 5 key pads?

Net Error indicates a probable failure of your Concerto Amplifier. Remove one of the keypads from the wall, disconnect the RJ45 connector and take it to the Concerto Amplifier. Remove the cable in the port labeled Network or NuvoNet and connect the keypad to that port using a known good ethernet patch cable. If you still receive the error message your Concerto has failed. Unfortunately, NUVO has ended production of all products and Legrand is phasing out the brand. See https://legrand.us/nuvo/update for more information.
