I have a NV P3100. It does not want to connect to my phone, I tried to power off and turn back on. The led light color on all 3 are green. Could you tell me how can I get it fix it or how to reconnect to my phone to control the system

If all three are green, then the unit has been factory defaulted. Uninstall the NUVO Player app from your phone. Power off your phone. Power the phone back on. Re-install the NUVO Player app. When prompted, choose "set up my new system" Set your country appropriately for your location. Then choose Player, Multi-Zone Player and follow the prompts to re-bind the system to the app. The "connect" button for each zone is located beside each of the three zone USB ports on the rear of the unit. We have 3x P3100's since a power cut the zones seem to be randomely connecting/not connecting, we have tried a power cycle several times but not all zones are reconnecting. What do the colours mean on the status LEDs

The LED's will be one of three colors: White: Normal Operation Green: Factory Default Solid Red: Boot Failure Blinking Red: Network Failure Note that the LEDs are RGB LEDs and the white is not a true white, depending on the age of the unit it will range from very white, to a sort of Teal-ish white.

My Nuvo NV-P3100 won't turn on. I've tried reconnecting the power cable, switching to a different outlet and cycling the power button without success. The single zone unit which is attached will turn on. Is this a known problem?

Is warranty registration purchase data required for NuVo whole home audio components? I can't find any online forms for product registration.

Warranty registration is done when the system is set up for the first time in the Nuvo Player App. That being said, registration is not required for warranty coverage. The warranty on Nuvo amplifiers is two years from date of installation. Passive devices (speakers) have a limited lifetime warranty.

Doing a takeover that has an NV-P3100 that we want to move from a shelf a nd rack mount, but original installer took the rack ears. Can you tell me if the ADI part number "XW-NVREM1U (NVREM1U)" rack ears are compatible with this player?

Since the P300 has optical input, does the P3100 have optical inputs?

The P3100 does not have optical inputs. The NVP4300 does. Those units are both discontinued. The current 3 zone players that support optical inputs are NVP5100 and NVP5200.

Is this product current? If not, what is the replacement? We have a defective unit, will not power up.

Contact technical support as the power supply failure in an NVP3100 is a known issue and will be repaired for you. (800) 223-4162 Option 3 for Tech Support Option 3 for Nuvo We do have an upgraded product available, the NVP5050NA that adds Apple AirPlay support to your system.
