The wiring diagram indicates that two different circuits can be controlled by this dual relay occ. sensor. Can those circuits be different voltages (i.e. a 120V circuit and a 277V circuit)?

Yes, you can control two different voltage loads on this product as stated. The internal relays are isolated.
