LMRC-210 Series Digital Room Controllers include one, two or three relay(s) to switch a total of 15 or 20 amps, a highefficiency switching power supply and one 0-10 volt output per relay for control of dimmable loads including electronic ballasts (Advance Mark 7, or equivalent). They are the foundation of a Wattstopper Digital Lighting Management (DLM) system, and allow integration of occupancy sensors, daylighting controls and switches for energy-efficient lighting control.

we have a LMRC-211 that has a flashing red light that can't be cleared. the lighting now is either very orange or very bright. nothing in the middle.
A flashing red Config LED on any LMRC-211 (or other Wattstopper room controller) is normal. The blinking indicates that the controller is healthy and operating correctly.
A solid red Config LED or a Config LED that is not illuminated, would indicate a fault condition—but a blinking LED does not.

Can a LMRC-112 control a Cree ZR24-D-40L-840CV-UNV-AWNR ZR 2X4 light fixture
Based on the specifications of the Cree ZR24-D-40L-840CV-UNV-AWNR ZR 2x4 fixture, it is a 0–10V dimmable luminaire. The LMRC-112 is designed to provide 0–10V dimming control and should be compatible with this fixture. As with any installation, please verify the wiring connections and ensure that the total load remains within the rated capacity of the LMRC-112.

can the LMRC-213 control a plug load circuit and two dimming circuits
No, the LMRC-213 cannot be used to control a plug load circuit. LMRC controllers are designed for lighting loads only. For plug load control, we recommend using one of the dedicated plug load controllers: LMPL-101 or LMPL-111-20M in a wired DLM system, or the LMPL-611-20M in a wireless DLM system. Plug load receptacles should not be connected to a lighting controller.

Can I run/install the dimming wires with the load side wires in the same raceway? 277v lighting load with dimming wires inside of cable inside of a single shared conduit. Lighting conductors would be thhn.
It is not recommended to run low-voltage dimming control wires in the same conduit as line-voltage load conductors. Doing so can introduce electrical interference, which may negatively affect the operation of the LMRC-211. In addition, local and national electrical codes (such as NEC requirements for conductor separation and insulation ratings) must be followed. Please consult the NEC and your local electrical authority for specific installation guidelines.

Can the LMRC-211 be ran on a circuit with a 40amp Breaker?
Yes, the LMRC-211 can be installed on a circuit protected by a 40-amp breaker; however, it's important to note that the LMRC-211 itself is rated for a maximum load of 20 amps. This means the connected load controlled by the LMRC-211 must not exceed 20 amps, regardless of the upstream breaker size. For proper protection and to avoid damage to the controller, ensure the connected load stays within its rated specifications.

Can I use Clairity software to control the LMRC-212?
Yes, the LMRC controllers can be controlled using Clarity3™ software, but there are a few requirements. The LMRC-212 communicates over BACnet MS/TP, which means you’ll need to use a Wattstopper LMBC-300 Network Bridge to make that BACnet connection possible.
If your setup requires BACnet over IP, you would also need a JACE controller.

Are the BZ150 power packs and DSW-301 switches considered DLM? Do BZ power packs typically appear listed on projects when using LMRC controllers?
The BZ-150 power packs supply 24 VDC operating voltage to low-voltage occupancy sensors, wall switches, and daylight sensors. The DSW-301 dual technology wall switch sensor provides occupancy-based lighting control, utilizing both passive infrared (PIR) and ultrasonic detection technologies. It is a line-voltage device that operates at either 120V or 277V.
Neither the BZ-150 power packs nor the DSW-301 switches are part of Wattstopper's Digital Lighting Management (DLM) system, and they are not typically integrated with DLM devices. Additionally, BZ power packs do not generally appear on project specifications that utilize LMRC series room controllers, as LMRC controllers include their own internal power supply for connected DLM devices.
However, in some project designs, both DLM and non-DLM products may be listed together on a Bill of Materials (BOM). For example, a project might specify DLM components for office spaces while using standalone solutions like the BZ-150 power pack or DSW-301 switch for non-networked areas such as hallways, closets, or break rooms.

I have an LMRC0213 that used to be turning lights off automatically but now the lights are staying on all the time. Even the switches don't work. Help!
