Can the TS-400-W be used to regulate how long a 110-V towel warmer is on?

The InteliSwitch® TS-400-W is a digital time switch primarily designed for lighting control, featuring a preset countdown timer for automatic shut-off. While it is rated for 120/277 VAC and can support resistive loads up to 800W at 120VAC, suitable for most standard 110V towel warmers, its functionality is limited to timed switching rather than temperature regulation. In this application, the TS-400-W can effectively control how long the towel warmer remains energized, operating as a simple on/off timer. Once the selected time interval has elapsed, the device will de-energize the load. It does not monitor or adjust temperature.

Can the TS-400 be used in a 3-way scheme with a conventional toggle 3-way switch?
