Clarity 5E Patch Cord, Category 5e, modular 8-position to 110. Cord is terminated on one end with newly designed male 110 connector. The other cord end is terminated with an 8-position modular plug with Ortronics Paralign 2 pair isolation technology.

Does this connect a 110-C4 connection block (cross connect) on one side to a clarity 6 RJ45 patch panel jack? I currently use 110 test head to RJ45 and they work but are impossible to find.

The cable assembly MC18B5E03-05 is a cat 5e assembly. It does have a C4 Patch Plug on it which will plug into a standard 110 Block, and the 8P8C end is an RJ45 which will plug into a standard cat 5e and/or a cat 6 jack. Depending on what the customer is testing for is whether this is approved. The MC18B5E03-05 will work to test for continuity but is not recommended if the customer is testing for cat 6 performance.
