Ortronics 4 port high density jack (HDJ) Surface Mount Outlet Box accept 4 jack modules and provides snap-on covers and snap-in label fields. 4.75" x 3.6" x 1.15". Box is supplied with screws and double-sided adhesive tape for mounting onto almost any surface.
