Follow-up question re: multiple devices through the bluetooth connector: we only have 1 input source so we cannot hook up multiple bluetooth devices.  Does the flush mount triple source input require a separate cable be run from each input jack?

Asked by: TAP123
Hello, The triple source input requires a two CAT5 runs from the source input down to the panel where you would be plugging into the distribution module. Other than that, each source would require its own RCA connections into the triple source, yes. Thank you.

We have 4 devices we want to connect at different times but are unable to do ao unless we “Forget This Device” on 3 of the devices, unplug the bluetooth receiver to reset it and then turn on bluetooth on the 1 device we want to connect. Any suggestions?

Asked by: TAP123
Unfortunately, that is the way this device works. It is not meant to have multiple devices connected at a given time. I would recommend getting additional units if you want to connect multiple device. Outside of that, you would need to do the reset to reconnect to a different device. Thank you.

My Bluetooth receiver will not connect to IPhone 8. Never had problems before.

Asked by: Scott
Hello, I do apologize for the issues you are experiencing. If you have not already done so, I would recommend "forgetting" the device in the iPhone settings menu. Click on the small "i" next to the receivers name and then click the "Forget This Device" option. From there, unplug the unit and re-plug it into the wall to reset its state and then try to re-pair it to the phone. This should hopefully clear up the issue. If it does not, I would recommend contacting us here in Technical Support at 717-546-5412. Thank you!
