Rated 5 out of 5 by Peter from Matter! Simple, and effective. I purchased one of these switches to test out Legrand's foray into Matter. Installing it was simple, requiring a neutral wire which we luckily have in our switch boxes. The rocker doesn't stay in one position, and instead balances in a neutral and balanced position, so that if it gets activated via an app, it doesn't look odd appearing off in real life, so that's a nice touch. It has a very satisfying click when pressed or when interacted with via a Smarthome app. Adding it to Google Home was extremely simple, and from there I was able to share it into Home Assistant, where it works flawlessly with both. Being a smarthome enthusiast, the only minor detractor is that it is a Matter over WiFi device, it, so having a weak WiFi network or a LOT of wireless devices might bog down the network or slow down commands to the device. I really wish there would be a Matter over Thread variant released, which would place the switch on a dedicated IoT network. Overall, great device, and I am excited for a dimmer variant.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dylan B. from Major issue with this Switch I’ve been running into a major issue with my Legrand radiant switches. It started on September 13th, 2025 when I installed five switches to control my outdoor lights. Everything was perfect. I connected all the switches to my SmartThings Hub and programmed the lights to turn on and off based on the sunrise and sunset. Fast-forward 28 days later, and my switches start to act erratically by turning on and off at random intervals during the night when they’re on, typically between as short as 5 minutes, to as long as 27 minutes. These periods of turning on and off are not logged via the SmartThings app. The front indicator light shines and blinks green as if it had been reset and is saying “I’m ready to connect to a Matter Hub!”, but the switches are already connected to my hub. This type of “I’ve been reset” thing occurs even when the light switch is off. I’ve had to keep my outdoor lights turned off in order to avoid looking like an erratic neighbor who’s in distress and looking for help, but it is driving me insane that the switches are not working as intended. Could someone please assist me with this issue? I’ve tried looking into Legrand’s own website for a solution or a similar Q&A, but I can’t find anything. I’m searching for a solution before I ask Bees Lighting for an RMA on all five of my switches

Rated 5 out of 5 by M from Solid and Easy Smart Switch Excellent switch, seem solid and high quality. Connecting through matter and to Google Home app was the easiest setup of any smart switch I've used, and I've used many. Had it installed for over a month, and works without bugs or issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MR from Works flawlessly and blends in with legrand Apparently Legrand is the only company to make matte white switches. Every other company makes glossy ones and I didn't want to install some out of place looking glossy switch in a multigang box. These solved that problem AND work fantastic! Matter now supports multiple apps meaning you can connect it to alexa and homekit (I believe up to five) at the same time. The one 3-way switch I installed works exactly as expected and I didn't need to have some "accessory" switch on the other end. It worked perfectly with the dumb switch. It has a little light that shines when off so you can see it in the dark which I appreciate. Instead of replacing 12 lights with smart bulbs, I replaced 3 switches with smart switches.

Are there wireless switch control available for this Matter devices? I know Netatmo devices does have wireless switch controls and can those be work with Matter devices?
