The new QdR2 remote for Gen 3 shades is designed to be more sleek and user friendly. Each remote comes with 6 buttons to support Up, Down and preset positions 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% with each lower button lowering the shade further. Magnetic back for simple storing in QMotion wall plates. The remote controls unlimited number of shades in a group. The Gen 3 remote may be used with Qrelay to extend the range. (From product guide)

Need replacement Gen 2 QMotion remote - help! broken gen 2 remote and can't get a replacement in Australia

I purchase a replacement remote Qmotion Gen 3 CE, Multi-channel Remote . Tried a couple time to set it up. Had problem, and know no lights come on remote. Can the Batteries be dead? Is it replaceable?

I'm sorry you are having challenges with your remote.
The batteries could be dead, yes. They are replaceable in that remote with a CR232 battery. Be careful when separating the two pieces of the remote to access the battery.
I would replace that battery and try again.

We have a resident which has your blinds, but they lost the remotes. Model QT2. Can we purchase spare remotes only?
