Placing an Order 
**All orders must come from an Authorized Wattstopper Representative. 
Wattstopper requires a faxed or original purchase order from the agent to process a shipment. The initial order is considered correct as to quantity, voltage, finish, etc., and if found to be incorrect when the confirming order is received, the agent is responsible for any costs that the factory may have incurred due to the incorrect order.

Missing Information 
Orders will not be entered for shipment if any vital information (finish color, voltage, shipping address, etc.) is missing.

Per Plans and Specifications 
Orders received with the statement "per plans and specifications" will not be processed until that statement is waived, in writing, by the distributor.

Orders will only be processed for customers with approved credit. New customers must complete a Wattstopper credit application and have their credit approved before the order will be processed. Credit approval can take up to two (2) weeks for verification.

Shipping Time 
In general, orders for products in stock will ship within 48 hours. Orders that arrive with incomplete information may be delayed.

"Ship To" Address Requirements
Due to the inconsistency of delivery carriers, Wattstopper is unable to ship merchandise to school sites. Please provide an alternate address (such as that of the contractor, distributor, etc.) to ensure proper delivery. A street address must be provided -- UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

Proof of Delivery
When requested, customer service will provide tracking numbers within 48 hours of shipping. Written proof of delivery requires up to 10 working days.

Hold for Release
Orders received with a "Hold-for-Release" status will be filed until a release date is issued. Unless other arrangements have been made in writing, the pricing will be firm for shipment within ninety (90) days from the date of order entry. Hold-for-Release orders are not processed for manufacture until release is given. Normal shipping times apply, beginning with the date of release.

Cancelled orders after custom project drawings or submittals have been provided will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
