Asked by: Hutch
If the only parts needing replacements are the hardware required to reattach the cover then you can order part number RFB6HB which will provide new link straps and standoffs. Here is a link to a knowledge article explaining the part included. https://legrand-communities.force.com/knowledgebase/s/article/Floor-Boxes-RFB6-Hardware-bag-replacement
If any additional parts are needed please give us a call directly at 1-844-957-3783, option 2 for Wiremold, followed by option 2 again for tech support. You can also email us pictures of the existing installation to firstname.lastname@example.org if needed. Thank you.

Can RFB 6 floor box (without epoxy coating) be used in slab on grade construction?
Asked by: Jerry
The RFB6 is a stamped steel box and is not designed for slab on-grade applications. The RFB6-OG (epoxy coated) version you mentioned is the on-grade rated version that should be used. If the standard RFB6 is used it will have to be approved by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). If a vapor barrier was applied prior to the concrete pour the AHJ may allow the standard RFB6 to be used, but we as the manufacturer cannot approve it.

RFB6-OG USES WHAT COVER?
Asked by: RICH A
The RFB6 floor box uses the Floorport cover such as the FPBTCXX or FPCTCXX (XX = cover finish). Cover part number will depend on floor finish. For assistance with product selection please feel free to contact a Wiremold technical support representative at 1-800-621-0049. From the main menu choose option 3. Thank you for your inquiry.
