Perfect for pantries, garages or anywhere you want lights to turn on automatically when you enter a room, and turn off again when you leave. The Auto-On/Auto-Off SensaSwitch® provides convenient lighting control by responding to your presence through motion-sensing technology. Use this motion sensor light switch on its own to control a light or fixture from a single location, or pair with additional switches to control a single light source from multiple locations (3 or 4-way applications). This switch features enduring Microban® antimicrobial technology that works to reduce the growth of bacteria, around the clock, for the lifespan of the product. Existing inventory of switches, dimmers and plastic wall plates from the adorne® Collection at some partner locations may not yet include Microban® protection. To confirm that a specific Legrand product is protected with Microban®, check that the exterior of the product packaging includes a green dot or a "Protected with Microban" label.

My client does not want to use it at all. Can it be disabled?
The auto on/off sensor cannot be disabled. However, it can be operated manually. A manual press will turn the switch on/off immediately and stay it in that state for about 10-15 minutes after sensor motion stops. At that point, the sensor will reactivate and automatic on/off will resume.
If the client doesn’t want this feature, I would replace this switch with a manual one.

Can this switch be configured to not turn on automatically. I only want the auto-off feature. If this switch won't work, do you have another switch that has that capability?

I’m trying to use this Ofe my undercount which I have a Legrand soft touch. Does this have a light sensor so it doesn’t turn on with motion during the day?
You can set the light level on the device to prevent it from turning the load on when there is enough ambient light in the room. You can adjust this using the "Light Level" dip switch on the device itself. Please feel free to call in to Technical Support if you need assistance with this device setting.

I would like to install this motion sensor switch in one location to control two hall lights. Currently there are three switches controlling the two hall lights. Is it possible to install just one motion sensor or do I need to install more than one?
Hello,
The 4-way configuration you have referenced would require, three ASOS32M4 sensors to properly operate your lighting fixture in all switch 3 locations. The adorne® Motion Sensor Switch Auto On/Off is not compatible with traditional 3&4-way adorne switches.
Note from Installation instructions:
ASOS32 provides multi-way control only when used with other ASOS32 devices.

Want to use this motion sensor with a Panasonic WhisperFit® DC Fan / 50-80-110 CFM model# FV-0511VF1. Fan has a DC motor. Can find no reference converting to HP. Will the two work together?
The adorne motion sensor is rated for AC current only and has not been tested with a DC converter.

Where are the instructions for connecting in a 4-way configuration? The product specifications say it can be used as a 4-way switch, but the installation instructions do not describe that. I need 3 motion sensor outlets working together.
A 4way application using 3 ASOS32's would be wired as follows(both Auxiliary sensors are wired the same):
Master(has LOAD connected)
• Connect NEUTRAL wire from the circuit and from the
lamp (LOAD) to WHITE terminal
• Connect LINE wire to HOT terminal
• Connect LOAD wire to 1-POLE terminal
• Connect TRAVELER wire to the 3-WAY terminal
NOTE: NEUTRAL wire is not required for
sensor to function properly.
Auxiliary 1
• Connect NEUTRAL wire from circuit in the other wiring
box to WHITE terminal
• Connect LINE wire to HOT terminal
• Connect TRAVELER wire to the 3-WAY terminal
• 1-POLE terminal on auxiliary is not used
Auxiliary 2
• Connect NEUTRAL wire from circuit in the other wiring
box to WHITE terminal
• Connect LINE wire to HOT terminal
• Connect TRAVELER wire to the 3-WAY terminal
• 1-POLE terminal on auxiliary is not used
