Existing inventory of switches, dimmers and plastic wall plates from the adorne® Collection at some partner locations may not yet include Microban® protection. To confirm that a specific Legrand product is protected with Microban®, check that the exterior of the product packaging includes a green dot or a "Protected with Microban" label.

Will this work on a 3 speed fan ?

Can the range controller by the switch be tweaked? For instance, my fan will start to wobble at a certain speed which I would then naturally like to set as the max. I think this feature may be called "trim".

I had an electrician install these switches, but they aren’t compatible with my ceiling fans.  Which fans are compatible for purchase?

I would suggest reaching out to our adorne Technical Support team to see why they are not compatible with your fans. I just bought a ceiling fan that warns “To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not use this fan with any solid-state speed control device.” Should I not use this switch?

I contacted the fan manufacturer and they explained not to use. Newer fans, especially smart fans use DC motors which are incompatible with the Legrand Adorne line. Bummer.

A simple question was asked previously but wasn't answered properly; do you offer a single module that combine a light AND a fan switch (with an adjustable speed mechanism), like so many other brands do. I can't find any, which is very unfortunate!

The adorne line does not have a dual controller for a light and fan speed available. The single module switches are ON/OFF only(no dimming or speed control) available.

When reducing the fan speed with the adorne wall control, the switch makes a crackling noise. What is causing this?  The fan is compatible with the switch
