Magnetic induction has been used for more than a century to make power transformers. • Qi chargers have a built-in transmitting coil that intelligently communicates with Qi devices using a specific electromagnetic frequency, so any Qi device will work with any Qi charger, now and in the future. Note: GFCI outlet will work in this configuration.

Hello, The RWC826USBWCCV2 is designed to be installed easily in place of a single-gang outlet. Unfortunately, we do not offer a Three Gang format of this specific configuration for your current setup. Best Regards, Technical Support

1. Hard Reset the iPhone If your iPhone is completely unresponsive when you place it on the wireless charging pad, you may need to perform a hard reset. A hard reset will force your iPhone to quickly turn off and back on, which can temporarily fix the problem if your iPhone is not charging wirelessly. To hard reset your iPhone, quickly press and release the volume up button, then press and release the volume down button, then press and hold the side button. Keep holding the side button on the Apple logo appears on your iPhone’s display. Don’t be surprised if you have to hold down the side button for 15–30 seconds! 2. Take Off Your iPhone Case Some cases are too thick to keep on your iPhone while you charge it wirelessly. If wireless charging is not working on your iPhone, try taking of its case before placing it on the charging pad. 3. Place Your iPhone In The Center Of The Charging Pad In order to charge your iPhone wirelessly, make sure you’ve placed it directly in the center of your wireless charging pad. Sometimes your iPhone won’t charge wirelessly if it’s not on the center of the charging pad. 4. Update Your iPhone 5. If wireless charging is not working on your iPhone, you may just have to update your iPhone to enable its wireless charging functionality. To check for a software update, open Settings and tap General -> Software Update. If an iOS update is available, tap Download and Install. If no update is available, you’ll see the software version number and the phrase “Your iPhone is up to date.”

The RWC826USBWCCV2 receptacle does not provide GFCI protection.

The holder will accept standard size covers but depending on the material it is made of, it may effect charging quality/time.

The wall plate can only be installed in one orientation so the receptacle can not be flipped. The power tabs from the USB must align with the receiving slots in the Qi transmitter/wall plate assembly
