We want to move a dining room chandelier so is centered over table without having to do ceiling drywall repair and re-painting. Can the 22200 Retrofit Brace or another product that you offer be used for highrise condo with metal studs.
Thank you for your inquiry. The 22200 Retrofit brace does not support metal studs.

We do not have a fan support for larger than 24" available.

Is the Reiker 22200 Super Fan brace supposed to come with screws for mounting either fans or fixtures? The 22200 box that I just opened does not. Fixture does not either and suggest using screws that came with electrical mounting box.
The answer above is incorrect per the instructions in the box. Instruction step No 7 states and I Quote "Secure your fan/fixture hanger to the box with two nylon lock nuts. Bolt threads should extend a minimum of 1-1/2 turns below the nylon."
This clearly indicates that the 3/16" x 3-5/8" long stove head bolts are intended to support the weight of the fan or fixture.

I’m doing a remodel project on a high-rise building constructed of metal studs and Customer wants fan rated box for a chandelier without drywall repair. Do you have a product read it for attachment of metal studs for remodel work?
not read for attachment but rated for attachment to metal studs. Again this is for a remodel application.
