May I use the Pass and Seymour model 1276 to toggle switch between one of two 14-30R receptacles using 10/3 ga wire? I want to enable either a household clothes dryer or an electrical vehicle charger @ 24Amps.

The 1276 Manual Controller Switch is RoHs compliant, but has not been tested for REACH compliance at this time.
