Exactly what I needed color and all. But it does not come with the locator light even though it appears it does from picture. You have to purchase separately.

Questions & Answers
The RCD38TRWCC combo switch/outlet is not what is presented here. There is no tab on the back of the switch. The instructions for the tabbed switch are in the box, but the switch itself is not tabbed. The sales associate @ Menards had no answers. ????????

Can the RCD38TRWCC6 be wired in with a second RCD38TRWCC6 and a 4-way switch in the middle to complete a multi location install? And can both outlets be always hot?

I need the receptacle always hot ( it will power the fireplace) and the switch to turn on & off, which requires 2-pin lv wire. I have romex that will twist with the fireplace power & connect to the receptacle. How do I wire the lv to the switch?

Can two of these be wired in a 3-way configuration and also have both electrical outlets be always hot?

- Using the Split Tab: Removal of the split circuit tab allows the device to be wired with two separate circuits.

There is no tab on the back, there was one on the side between the two hot (black) connections. I pulled that but the outlet still turns off with the switch. How do i keep the outlet live at all times and control the three way light with the switch

I tried to install this on one of my single pole that have a hot and neutral wire each only. The neutral/load goes to the light but has no return to the switch. How do I go about wiring this so that the outlet work by itself and switch controls the light.
The RCD38TR requires 3 wires(not including ground) to function your light and receptacle separately.
Hot - power from breaker panel to one of the Black terminals,
1Pole - gets wire from your light
Neutral - White Neutral wire from breaker panel
If White Neutral is not available in the box, this will not function correctly.
