Can this be used as a pass through for two 12 thhn cables while in use. So total would be 3 terminations for the device not including ground plus 2 thhn cables passing through to conduit.

Is there supposed to be screws penetrating through the base of the contacts that prevent me from fully seating my 6-50 plug?
