Questions & Answers

I have the PS4100R12-W receptacle and am told by my electrician it was assembled improperly. The "notch" within my receptacle does not interface with my male plug counterpart. Please confirm that the "notch" on your photo is correct.

Asked by: mark
The guide "notch" to line up with the plug should be at the bottom of the receptacle. Contact us directly if you still need assistance with this. Pass & Seymour products 1.800.223-4185 opt 1 Mon - Fri: 8am - 6pm EST (excluding holidays) Email Us - tech.support@legrand.us
