Are these same grommets used for metal enclosures as well?

They are not. Plastic Enclosures have a 2" knockout size, Metal ones have a 2.5" one.

I have installed the 30" & 9" plastic boxes. I used 1/2" and 3/4" smurf tubing that I dropped into the top of these boxes. The holes are 1" in the boxes & having trouble securing them into the box. Will these grommets work?
