Questions & Answers
Faceplate included to cover the bottom receptacle part does NOT FIT. Face plate is too small and the screws are too short/do not match up with the screw holes leading to it showing behind the faceplate and popping out wall! is there a replacement?????
This is unusual and something that we've not come across before. Please email pictures to technical.support-hs@legrand.us as we want to see where exactly the failure is, in case we have larger problem.
