Questions & Answers

I need sensors for two stairwells in a commercial building. I would like to put a sensor at both ends of the stairs. I have 120v line voltage and have LW wire run in parallel to the switch location from the sensor location. What sensor is best?

Asked by: Kevin Dettmering
For Low Voltage installation, I'd recommend the DT-305 sensors, LVSW-101 switch, and BZ-150 power pack. This would require low voltage wiring from the sensor locations and switch location to the power pack. If you wanted a line voltage solution, take a look at the DT-355 sensors, but keep in mind that they won't interface with a low voltage switch.
