Questions & Answers

We just want the lights to come on automatically when we enter rooms and go off when no activity. We looked at the installation guide and cannot figure out how to do this. For LMDW-102 Thank you.

Asked by: Carolyn Koole
Thank you for reaching out. The LMDW-102 can be configured to automatically turn lights on when entering a room and off after a period of inactivity. This setup can be accomplished in one of three ways: 🔹 Manually through the device's onboard settings 🔹 Using the LMCT-100-2 handheld commissioning tool 🔹 Via a PC with the LMCI-100 interface and LMCS software We recommend contacting our Technical Support team so we can walk you through the most appropriate method based on the tools you have available. We're happy to assist and ensure your system is configured exactly as needed.

I have a LMDW-102-W controlling a single load. How do I change the setting from manual on/auto off to auto on/auto off?

Asked by: Ryan
Ryan, There are two methods, in the latest LMCT-100-2 remote under Load settings there will be a setting listed as "operation" change this to auto and send. The second method is manually on the switch; push and hold the C button for 4 seconds to enter PnL mode. The screen will display LD1, you will press the F button until you see MODE - mind the sensor menu is fast. Once you see MODE hit the up arrow to change to AUTO. Once this is changed, push and hold C for 4 seconds to save and exit. Hope this helps! If any questions, please call out Technical support line 1-800-879-8585
