Questions & Answers

The Radiant truUniversal switch is solid amber and totally unresponsive. Deleted light from app. Tried holding one of the other switches down until it blinked amber and all the other ones blink green but the defective switch remains solid amber. help

Asked by: Anonymous
Turn off the breaker that feeds the power to this switch. Wait 15 seconds, then turn it back on. If this behavior continues, the switch is faulty. This product is now discontinued.

2 questions.  is there a factory reset for the switch so I can add it to the hub via the app? I somehow paired 2 switches together by holding the top toggle. How do I undo that pairing?

Asked by: billm727
1. You can reset any RFLC device by pressing and holding it for 20 seconds and it will take it back to a solid amber led. Then you can add it into your existing House ID. 2. To unpair the devices, press and hold one of them for 5 seconds and it will blink amber as well as any device that it is paired with. Go to the device that you want to remove from the group and press and hold for 5 seconds until it blinks green instead of amber. Now go back to the one you statred with and press and hold for 5 seconds. They should return to a white led and are no longer paired together.

Does the LC 2101 trip a gfci when it is on the protected side of the gfci recepticle? Does the switch draw electricity all the time?

Asked by: Jimxx
The LC2101 should have any effect on a GFCI unless a Ground Fault is detected. The dimmer has a minimal draw but not enough to cause a GFCI to trip.

I have the LC2101 and LC2103 and ready to replace existing 3 ways for can lighting but the instructs with both only show wiring for single pole circuits?  Are other installation instruction available

Asked by: bobc
The Lc2101 master dimmer uses radio signals to work together with the Lc2103 remote dimmer. They do not need the traditional traveler wires. The light needs to be connected to the master and the remotes air paired to the master per the instructions.

What would be needed to run this in a 3-way set-up for LED can lights and enable WiFi control?

Asked by: CG7033
Hello, Thank You for Your question regarding the LC2101-WH. For a 3 way set up You would need 1 Master LC2101-WH and 1 Remote LC2103-WH or LC2203-WH. To be able to control them through Wi-Fi You would need the LC7001. Hope this helps, Have a Great day.
