If you mean the short extension cord that came with the CPT306WV1, you can use any short extension cable from Home Depot or Lowes or any local hardware store.

I am looking to replace two of the four drywall anchors/clips that go into the screw holes behind the power inlet unit for the Power Kit, White, CPT306WV1 model. Mine feel into the wall. What are they called? How can I get replacements?
Drywall mounting tabs is one term. Many installers colloquially call them "Dog Ears". Either way, email technical.support-hs@legrand.us with your request and we will work to get some sent out.

In the video the installation is in drywall. I have a thicker, lath and plaster wall. Will the boxes accomodate installtion in a lath and plaster wall?
There is no way to know for sure, as the thickness of plaster and lath vary greatly from installation to installation. The limitation as it pertains to that wall is the length of the screws that attach to the wings that pull the box tight to the wall.

I purchased a CPT306W-V1. It was missing the screws to secure the male plug-end of the power cable to the power inlet assembly, and the screws to secure the power inlet to the mud ring. Please send me the screw sizes to purchase locally.
The thread forming screws are similar to the ones found here

They are part number 90380A120 on that site.
The inlet screws to the mud ring are #6-32 x 3/4" machine screws Pan head, phillips type.

I purchaed the in wall electrical outlet and the sizing you have for the area to cutout is NOT the standard in the industry. In fact, what makes it frustrating is that you made your size 3-4mm smaller which makes it not match the templates sold.
