I would Purchase again!
I would purchase again! It does what it claims. A toggle style dimmer option that works with all lamp/light types. We tested it with incandescent bulbs, LED bulbs, as well as lights with built in electronic drivers. It worked well with all!

Is this truly an ELV switch. It says it is in the description but the specs don’t mention it. Every dimmer switch I’ve tried has made my transformer buzz real loud.
This toggle dimmer works great on ELV drivers, Are you sure that your driver isn't magnetic?

Is this (TSD703PTUTC) a trailing edge dimmer?
The TSD703PTUTC is one of our Tru-Universal dimmers. This means that it is compatible with both forward and reverse phase (trailing edge) dimming. This dimmer is compatible with most lighting loads, excluding 0-10v dimming.

Can you connect both supply and load neutral wires directly to the switch (using the two neutral holes on the back) instead of running a single neutral wire from the switch to a 3-way connection with the supply and load neutral wires?

Do you have a 2-gang switch cover in light almond to fit this switch---radeMaster® Tru-Universal Single Pole/3-Way Toggle Slide Dimmer, Preset, Light Almond TSD703PTULA (Pass and Seymour) and a regular toggle switch?

Yes, the universal dimmer is rated for magnetic low voltage, as well as electronic low voltage fixtures.
