can this switch be used for a ceiling fan without lights? also, why can it not be used for a series of light fixtures, upgraded with replaced dimmable LED bulbs? thank you

The RH1103PW dimmer is designed for Incandescent/Halogen lights only and is not rated for a motor load(fan). Will the RH1103PTCCCV6 work with LED dimmable can lights?

Thank you for your inquiry regarding our RH1103P dimmer. This dimmer will not work with dimmable LED bulbs as it is an incandescent only dimmer. You will have to use either a RH703PTU or RHCL453P dimmer. Hope this helps!
