What is the simultaneous wattage output for concurrent plugged-in USB devices? And can it output @ 20VDC for each with full wattage?

It's up to 15W max per port (up to 30W total with two devices connected). The Adorne ARTRUSB206ACW4 is not a Power Delivery device so It will only provide a 5V output at 3A max per port.

Can you put two of these into. 4 gang wall plate? or a 6 gang with additional one or with 2 usb modules?

The USB/Receptacle Plus Size combination can only be installed a one gang box using the 1 Gang Plus size wall plates.

Does this device require a 1+ wall plate? How can I use this in a 2-gang setup, where I want a GFCI Adorne outlet on one side and this dual-outlet / dual-USB in the other side?

It does require the 1 Gang Plus wallplate and they are only available in single gang.
