What is the best way to open the connector after removing the screw? The unit is still sealed pretty tightly and we need a better hint than the existing answers here. The instructions are not helpful. A video -or minimum- illustration would be wonderful.

how to connect the ground on this plug

Does this have insulation displacement on the inside, or should I strip the wire and crack this one open? You only provide the one view
