Questions & Answers
After a power outage and resetting the microwave, I can no longer plug the microwave into the outlet, how do I fix this? It seems to be locked
I would suggest contacting Technical Support directly to discuss the issue or see about getting a possible replacement. The part number provided is not Tamper Resistant so nothing should be blocking the plug openings.
